To meet with this piquant or revolutioary situation that does not allow the elimination of terrorism and violence from India without taking into account human rights and duties of a citizen, that constrains to fulfill the demands of the Constitution, we hereby publicly put forward a project to set up a novel HUMAN RIGHTS INSTITUTE whose outline is also attached herewith. The main objectives of that Institute, as already stated therein, are : To train people to behave as equal citizens in nation-building, to highlight citizen power in the background of police power and to persuade all state authoriries, especially the police and the magistracy, to be rational, constitutional and transparent in duty-performance. In short, our project is meant to root out terrorism and violence from India and provide peace and socio-economic development to one and all by the educatoinal and constitutional means.

This is an ambitious, man-making project of international standard demanding no less that Rs. 500 crore to meet expenditure on land and buildings, furnishings of buildings, an enviable libary, vehicles and recurring annual expenditure of staff, scholarships and rights activities- seminars, symposia, workshops,short courses, extramural lecturers, research, etc.

The Institute will be managed by Board of selfless persons of proven ability under the given rules and regulations which will be framed by an expert committee in consultation with munificent donars.


Our Appeal:
We openly appeal to all corporate houses and philanthropists to share our thought to cure a sick nation, scrupulously scrutinize our projects, get the doubts removed if any, and liberally donate to amek it (Our man-making project) a reality.

Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614. It may not be forgotten that all donations given to the CCF are exempt from income tax u/s 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and we issue the receipt for it.
